We get to know you and your behavior change challenges with an in-depth 60-90 minute onboarding process that works every time. We dig deep into your vision and goals as a HR professional. You walk away with a plan that gives you clarity and confidence in the result.
Next is the live co-creation, which is one days, virtually via ZOOM or MS Teams, whatever you prefer. You can bring essential team members with you. We have clients all over the world, including Canada, Australia, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Colombia and throughout the United States.
Anthonie guides you through our proven step-by-step process and system. It’s common that you walk away with a “Tailormade Behavior Change Program” that you can start using right away. That includes a schedule when (week/day/time) to send what short bite size messages to reinforce employee what they have learned. This includes all detailed messages and the connected and relevant media files like video, PDF files, images, or valuable links.
During this experience, we frequently create a complete Measurement Matrix to track and prove the Behavior Change happening in your organization. It's key to gain insights of the change process rather than only focus on end result. focus on end result.
